Our teethers chains are not only stylish but will keep your babies entertained and support their development.
Our teethers are made with a mixture of food grade beechwood and food silicone. They are 100% natural and toxin free.
The teethers have been independently tested and comply with safety standards.
We are known for our speedy dispatch of orders because we know how exciting it is when you have purchased something much needed and want it asap!
Once your order is placed, we aim to have it dispatched within 1-2 business days.
We offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand at this stage but if you are from another international country and would love to purchase something, please email us at hello@zayleeandme.com.au and we will help you out.
We use Australia Post to ship orders, and we have the option of Standard or Express Shipping.

Australia
We offer free shipping for orders over $100, otherwise an $8 flat fee applies for orders under $100.
Standard shipping - 5 to 7 business days
Express shipping - 2 to 3 business days
New Zealand
A $10 flat rate shipping fee applies for standard shipping and a $20 flat rate shipping fee applied for express shipping.
Standard shipping - 7 to 12 business days
Express shipping - 5-8 business days
Customs - International Orders Only
Any customs or tax fees upon arrival to the destination country to enable delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Love It Guarantee
We have every confidence that you will love your purchase but just in case you don't we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your item. To submit a return, simply send us an email to hello@zayleeandme.com.au and be sure to include your full name, address and order number.
We do have a 15% percent surcharge which applies to all return orders.
Why do we charge a return surcharge?
With every transaction made we incur fees for payments being processed as well as shipping costs for those orders over $100. These fees do not get refunded to us if we have a return which means we are out of pocket.
Condition of your purchase
Items should be unused and in it's original packaging. If we believe the item has been used we may deny your request for a return.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable and shipping charges to return the item is the responsibility of the customer.
